The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from funds available in the Interest Revenue Fund to the Genera! Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, as a contribution to the General Fund. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2015. Wig!
