Her passion for her homeland is not just something she talks about—it’s something she lives and demonstrates through her actions. She is always ready to give back, to reach back, and to uplift others coming behind her. Janeisha embodies the very essence of what it means to be a Virgin Islander, rooted in community, excellence, and authenticity. I commend her for the example she continues to set for our young people and for the pride she carries in her culture and her people. Janeisha John is, without a doubt, one of our shining stars, and I am proud to stand in support of this resolution honoring her today. Respectfully submitted, Dennis “Pumpa” Liburd, Jr.
