In accordance with the Court’s directive, VIPD has incorporated the guidance set forth in the IMT Fourth Quarter 2024 Recommendations in informing the Court of its efforts to obtain substantial compliance of the remaining paragraphs under the Consent Decree. Accordingly, VIPD advises the Court as follows: 1. Resolve Backlogged Cases UOF - As of February 19, 2025, VIPD had thirty-six (36) outstanding UOF investigations. …
