ACTNO. 7682 BILL NO. 30-0480 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for Fiscal Year October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015 | on Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated in the fiscal year October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund: () The sum of $1,106,370 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. Such sum shall remain available until expended; and (2) The sum of $175,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sums appropriated in section 1 remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 26, 2014.
