ACT NO.8 8 6 7 BILL NO. 35-0308 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, to rezone Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) -—-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of 4,820 square feet, as shown on survey drawing D9-2589-T84 dated February 7, 1984, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood).
