ACT NO. 73863 BILL NO. 29-0324 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas to rezone Parcel No. 19-1-1 Estate Smith Bay, St. Thomas from the A-1(Agriculture Zone) to the R-2(Residential-Low Density- One and Two- Family) an Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map, No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 19-1-1 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of ten U.S. acres, more or less, as more particularly depicted on OLG Map No. D9-7536-T006, dated October 15, 2004, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to R-2(Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family).
