Donald Sussman, 2013 Revocable Trust ---0--- WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-03-20W to S. Donald Sussman, 2013 Revocable Trust, in May 2020, for a term of 20 years and the Governor approved, the Permit on May 28, 2020; WHEREAS, Minor Coastal Zone Permit CZJ-03-20W allows S. Donald Sussman 2013 Revocable Trust to reconstruct a previously permitted dock, totaling 495 ft?-73.9 ft long and 6 ft wide, installed on 51 12" Pearson Piles, filled with reinforced concrete, elevated 4' 2" above the MHW; the installation of two seawater intake lines attached to the underside of the dock; and to occupy 900 sq. ft. …
