'7026 BILL NO. 27-0208 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending 17 V.L.C., chapter 5, section 52 to authorize The Board of Education to provide for instruction up through grade twelve on St. John ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Department of Education may provide for instruction up through grade twelve on the island of St. John and may construct, renovate, rent or acquire a structure to provide a school for the instruction up to the twelfth grade. SECTION 2. Title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, Section 52 is repealed. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 18, 2008.
