ACT NO. 7466 BILL NO. 29-0457 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending Official Zoning District Map STZ-9 for Parcel No. 19F-1-A Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, East End Quarter, St. Thomas from A- 1(Agricultural District) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) and granting a use variance for the property from the R-3 zoning designation to allow for retail space Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.L.C., chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning District Map STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 19F-1-A Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3, East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 2.00 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Map. No. D9-7755-T006, dated January 19, 2006, from A-1 Agricultural District) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density). SECTION 2.
