GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION IN RE: Docket No. 661 Order No. 42/2017 APPLICATION OF VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FOR SEPTAGE WASTE DISPOSAL FEES “ime Nome’ Nome! Some’ eee” Nee DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority: Docket Description Amount No. 661 VIWMA Application for Septage Fees $ 1,470.00 Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
