I would like to follow up on a couple of points: 1. In your message, you mentioned that Ms. Janis Persaud would be forwarding the 100% permitted construction drawings (approximately 75MB) via file sharing. However, she does not appear to be copied on your email. Could you please ensure she is looped in so we can receive that file? 2. Additionally, I’d like to confirm that the following items are still outstanding due to the data loss caused by the ransomware breach, as noted in your letter: Total labor costs to date Number of workers employed (by year or project phase) Material costs These items are essential to the Committee’s review and analysis. If there is any possibility of retrieving this information, either partially or through alternative sources we urge GEC to take immediate steps to recover and submit it. Again, please be reminded that this request was made during an official legislative proceeding through the Chair, and timely compliance is not only expected but required. We request that any updates, even if partial, along with explanations or supporting data, be transmitted promptly. Thank you for your continued cooperation. We look forward to receiving the construction drawings from Ms. Persaud and any available updates on the outstanding items.
