ACT NO.6608 BILL NO. 25-0081 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 36 Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential — Medium Density) to B-2 (Business — Secondary/Neighborhood) .--0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designations of Parcel No. 36 Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 3.5 acres, as shown on PWD No. D9-6888- T001, from R-3 (Residential - Medium Density) to B-2 (Business — Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 3, 2003.
