ACTNO. 8299 BILL NO. 33-0093 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 33, chapter 111 of the Virgin Islands Code by adding section 3057a, establishing the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund —--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33, chapter 111 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding a section 3057a to read as follows: “§ 3057a St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund (a) There is established a separate and distinct fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands administered by the Commissioner of Finance to be known as the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund. All money deposited in the Fund must be expended exclusively for capital improvement projects and for road maintenance on the island of St. Thomas. The monies in the Fund remain available until expended. …
