BILL NO. 28-0236 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 20108 An Act amending title 34 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1 relating to the Disabled Persons Special Fund and chapter 2 relating to the Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged Program provide for pharmaceutical and medical supplies assistance to disabled population and to change the income eligibility requirements for the Program, and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 34 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 40 is amended by re-numbering the existing paragraphs to insert in alphabetical order two additional paragraphs that read as follows. “() “Disabled person” means any individual who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities, or has a record of such an impairment, or is regarded as having such an impairment. …
