GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION IN RE: Docket No. 650 Order No. 11/2016 APPLICATION OF VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FOR SOLID WASTE TIPPING FEES ed ORDER WHEREAS, on October 9, 2015, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority’s (hereinafter “Authority” or “WMA”) submitted an Application for Solid Waste Tipping Fees to the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“hereinafter “PSC” or “Commission”); and WHEREAS, WMA’s Application requests that the Commission approve fees to be levied against solid waste collection haulers and other customers disposing of certain quantities and types of waste at the Territory’s waste processing and disposal facilities; and WHEREAS, on October 27, 2015, the Commission held a Special Meeting in both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, WMA and the Commission’s staff provided testimony before the Commission; and WHEREAS, on upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to appoint both Attorney Lorin M.
