ACT NO. 7364 BILL NO. 29-0261 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act to amend Act No. 7261 (Bill No. 29-0123) by exempting instructors of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) from the mandatory eight percent (8%) salary reduction ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7261 (Bill No. 29-0123) is amended in Section 4 by adding a new appropriately numbered subsection to read as follows: “(___) Subsection (a) does not apply to instructors of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC).” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 31, 2012. 2 sk Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 3 l Day of May, A.D., 2012. oH f Tcl Ronald E.
