REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO REHABILITATE RESTROOMS AND LOBBIES TO ADA REQUIREMENTS PROPOSAL REQUESTED The Government Employees’ Retirement System (also referred to as “GERS”) hereby solicits Proposals to provide rehabilitation services for interior upgrades to include demolition and installation of new finishes, fixtures, ceilings, equipment, etc. and make improvements to bring interior spaces including restrooms and lobbies, into compliance with applicable local, state and/or federal building code requirements, including but not limited to American Disability Act (ADA) located at 3438 Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas, VI. GERS will accept and review Proposals and select one (1) contractor who shall enter into an Agreement with the GERS. In accordance with the GERS Procurement Policy, the successful contractor may be required to furnish a performance and payment bond of 100% of the contract price. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO REHABILITATE RESTROOMS AND LOBBIES TO ADA REQUIREMENTS PROPOSAL REQUESTED The Government Employees’ Retirement System (also referred to as “GERS”) hereby solicits Proposals to provide rehabilitation services for interior upgrades to include demolition and installation of new finishes, fixtures, ceilings, equipment, etc. and make improvements to bring interior spaces including restrooms and lobbies, into compliance with applicable local, state and/or federal building code requirements, including but not limited to American Disability Act (ADA) located at 3438 Kronprindsens Gade, St. Thomas, VI. GERS will accept and review Proposals and select one (1) contractor who shall enter into an Agreement with the GERS. The GERS shall convene a pre-proposal meeting and site visit on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (AST). Interested contractors should meet at the GERS Main Building at 3438 Kronprindsens Gade Lobby. Proposal packages must be submitted by email to operations@usvigers.com on or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025. All prospective contractors will be afforded a full opportunity to submit statements of qualifications in response to this request and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability in consideration for an award of the Agreement entered into, pursuant to this notice.
