Answer: The overall objective of the website is to provide information to general public to help them be better prepared and ready to respond to disasters that may impact for the US Virgin Islands. 7. Question: Do you need a Content Management System so you can post notifications yourself (to save you money)? If so, do you have a preference on the CMS? Answer: Yes. No. 8. Question: What are the specific goals of the website? Answer: To be the most reliable source of information for disaster [cial response, and recovery in the US Virgin Islands. RFP-016-2016 (P) Amendment Two (2) 9. Question: How will success be measured? Answer: Unknown at this time. 10. Question: Who is measuring success? Answer: VITEMA 11. Question: Who is writing content for the new website? Answer: VITEMA 12. Question: Are you providing photography and other assets needed for the new site? Answer: Yes. 13. Question: Will the same features/functions be the same own the new site? Answer: /t depends on what is proposed. 14. Question: What other features/functions would you like to have? Answer: Vendors submitting proposals must describe what features/functions can be included. 15. Question: How are you providing content to the current provider now (for website and social updates)? Answer: Currently, there is no provider. 16. Question: There was no mention of a responsive website; is this something you want to consider? Answer: /f it is part of a proposal, a responsive website will be considered. 17. Question: Regarding maintenance, how often is new information posted? Answer: VITEMA is an emergency management agency. It varies. 18. Question: Can you provide your current contract for current services with your provider? Answer: No. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
