Here, the deadline for filing a motion for reconsideration of the March 9, 2009, Order expired on March 23, 2009. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(a); LRCi 6.1. Because Liles’ motion for reconsideration was not filed until April 2, 2009, the motion is untimely. Furthermore, Liles has not moved for leave to file her reconsideration motion out of time. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is DENIED. S\ Curtis V. Gómez Chief Judge Case: 3:03-cv-00088-JRS-RM Document #: 189 Filed: 04/13/09 Page 2 of 2
