ACTNO. 7254 BILL NO. 29-0060 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act amending Act No. 7206 to reduce and eliminate certain appropriations to Executive Departments and Agencies in fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010 and ending September 30, 2011 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The amounts listed in this section are appropriated from the General Fund, item by item, to replace those appropriations contained under Act No. 7206 to address the projected budget shortfall of $75.1 million for fiscal year 2011, as are sufficient to accomplish the purposes specified.
