FACULTY POLICY MANUAL (Board of Trustees Meeting, June 30, 1974) The President reported to the Members of the Board of Trustees that after more than two years of consultation and deliberation, a revised Faculty Policy Manual had been prepared for consideration by the Board of Trustees. He went on to state that this revised Faculty Policy Manual had been sent to each member of the Board of Trustees ahead of the meeting of the Board. After discussion of the provisions of the proposed Faculty Policy Manual, a motion was made which was seconded and carried that the manual be adopted with minor correctioneee. The Board of Trustees took this occasion to compliment the faculty on the maturity of their effort in working through the questions and problems involved in the preparation of this revision of the Faculty Policy Manual. 79
