March 21st. —The United States was handled without gloves by Mr. Lioyd George nd Sir Edward Car- son, the Ulster Unionist Leader, in the course of the debate today in the House of Ci minons, or thesecond reading of the Irish Biil. He declared that Mr. Asquith, by his proposals for amending the 1914 measuré, had killed his own child, which was so distastful to Ulster.
