Governor, Department of Health, Department of Public Works, Economic Development Authority and to provide for other appropriations and other miscellaneous issues for ongoing operational and mandated purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, to the Division of Personnel on a prorated basis for personnel and fringe benefits for additional personnel for the management of the Health Insurance Program. SECTION 2. The sum of $400,000 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, to the Lt. Governor’s Office to fund the new financial division created in Act 6678.
