NEWS IMMEDIATE RELEASE August 21, 2015 UVI CES POSTPONED ARBORISTS WORKSHOP The University of the Virgin Islands Cooperative Extension Service Agriculture and Natural Resources Program would like to inform the public that due to prediction of the tropical storm in the region, the FREE Arborists Workshop to be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Research and Extension Center, Room 133 on the Albert A. Sheen Campus, St. Croix has been postponed and will be rescheduled for Thursday, September 3rd. We regret any inconvenience this postponement may present, but our community’s safety is our major priority. For additional information and to register please contact the University of the Virgin Islands Cooperative Extension Service - Stafford Crossman at (340) 692-4071, email scrossm@uvi.edu Extension programs and policies are consistent with federal and state laws and regulations on non-‐ discrimination regarding race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender preference, age, disability, and political beliefs.
