Bough, Jr., approved the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and ERK Corporation; and WHEREAS, on April 19, 2018, the Governor of the Virgin Islands, Kenneth E. Mapp, approved the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and ERK Corporation; and WHEREAS, ERK Corporation will be leasing Parcel No. 48 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 6,676.76 square feet; as shown on O.L.G.
