Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS 2008 An Act making an appropriation-in the fiscal-year ending-September 30, 2008, from the General Fund to the Department of Property and Procurement to pay prior years’ obligations for contracts between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Central Air, Inc. ---0--- ~ SECTION 1. “@n The sum of $475,795.74 or so much of the sum as “necessary, is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, from the General Fund to the Department of Property and Procurement to pay prior years’ obligations for contracts between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Central Air, Inc. for services rendered to the following Agencies, Departments and Instrumentalities, in the following amounts: DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OFFICE OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION VOCATIONAL, TECHNICAL, & ADULT ED.
