ACTNO. 8676 BILL NO. 34-0385 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act approving the lease agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through its Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement, and Star Time Technology Center, Inc. for a portion of Parcel No. 2A Crystal Gade, Queens Quarter, St. Thomas, for the purpose of operating a community technology learning and training center, and for other related purposes ---0--- WHEREAS, on October 28, 2022, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the lease agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Star Time Technology Center, Inc.; and WHEREAS, Star Time Technology Center, Inc. will be leasing a portion of Parcel No. 2A Crystal Gade, Queens Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of a one-story building with 1,575 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.036 U.S. acres of improved land, more or less, zoned P (Public). …
