Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 9, Estate Fortsberg, No. 17A and 17B Coral Bay Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.31 U.S. acres, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
