ACTNO. 8610 BILL NO. 34-0268 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2A, section 32 relating to the Territorial Park Board of Trustees, to increase the membership of the Board, to authorize the Governor to appoint two additional members, to limit service on the Board to two consecutive terms; and providing for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2A, section 32 is amended in the following instances: (a) The introductory clause is amended by striking “five-member” and replacing it with “seven-member”; (b) Paragraph (2) is amended by striking all the language therein and inserting a new language that reads as follows: “The Governor shall appoint five additional members to the Board; three with the advice and consent of the Legislature.
