Title 20 Virgin Islands Code, part II, chapter 47, section 707 is amended by deleting the words “Police Commissioner” and inserting in its place the words “Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles”. SECTION 2. Title 20 Virgin Islands Code, part II, chapter 47, section 708 is amended as follows: (a) In the title of section 708, delete the words “display of sticker” and insert in their place the words “proof of insurance”. …
