ACT NO. 8778 BILL NO. 35-0136 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-l I for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 4 Estate Paradise, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin islands: SECT1ON 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3. section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-I I for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 4 Estate Paradise, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 12.62 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-6338-C013 dated February 27, 2013, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial).
