BILL NO. 25-0077 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To grant a zoning variance for Parcel Nos. A-2 and A-1-A, Estate Thomas, and No. 6K New Quarter, St. Thomas for the purpose of operating Kazi Management, Inc. ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation is granted to Parcel Nos. H-2 and A-1-A, Estate No. 6K New Quarter St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.02 acres and 0.10 acre, respectively, for the purpose of operating Kazi Management, Inc. All other requirements of the R-1 zoning designation shall continue to apply. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 3, 2003.
