ACTNO. 6772 BILL NO. 26-0106 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 Fo-_provide-an-appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes to the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006. The sum remains available until expended. …
