ACT NO. 6'739 BILL NO. 26-0050 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE UNITED STATES OF THE UNITED STATES 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for Parcel No. 6A, Estate Annas Retreat No. 1 New Quarter. St. Thomas from R-2 (Residential- One and Two Family) to P (Public) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238. Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 6A, Estate Annas Retreat No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 2.18 U.S. acres. as more accurately described on Department of Public Works Drawings No. D9-747-T68, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) to P (Public).
