Did you receive mail from the VI Department of Human Services SNAP Office about completing your Recertification Application, Periodic Report, or letter requesting additional information? To ensure the receipt of your benefits on September 1, 2023, it is essential to have your completed documents returned to the SNAP Office. This includes any Recertification Application, Periodic Report, or letters requesting additional information that you may have received from the VI Department of Human Services SNAP Office. Please pay attention to the due dates on each document received. If the Recertification Application, Periodic Report, or letter requesting additional information are not received by the due dates, your benefits would not be automatically uploaded to your card, and this may result in your case being closed. For first- time applicants, ensure that your application packets are completed, COPIES OF ALL MANDATARY documents are included, and that you have signed the application.
