INCREASE IN TERMS OF OFFICE OF JUDGES OF DIS- 1 TRICT COURTS OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA 2 ISLANDS, GUAM, AND THE UNITED STATES 3 VIRGIN ISLANDS. 4 (a) NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS.—Section 1(b)(1) 5 of Public Law 95–157 (48 U.S.C. 1821(b)(1)) is amended 6 by striking ‘‘ten years’’ and inserting ‘‘15 years’’. 7 (b) GUAM.—Section 24(a) of the Organic Act of 8 Guam (48 U.S.C. 1424b(a)) is amended by striking ‘‘ten 9 years’’ and inserting ‘‘15 years’’. 10 (c) VIRGIN ISLANDS.—Section 24(a) of the Revised 11 Organic Act of the Virgin Islands (48 U.S.C. 1614(a)) is 12 amended by striking ‘‘ten years’’ and inserting ‘‘15 13 years’’. 14 SEC. 3.
