ACT NO. 7 BILL NO. 31-0412 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing for the lump-sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. FISCAL YEAR 2017 6079 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAPSING 700 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH $2,554,707 TOTAL HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAP $2,554,707 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2016.
