Ottley Legislative Hall on St. Thomas. During this hearing, relative departments and agencies will give testimony on all mitigation efforts, health effects, and potential risks to our community from the recent fire at the Bovoni landfill. The Committee will also receive an update from the Department of Human Services on the status of their operation and all related programs/divisions under their purview. BLOCK I 9:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. The Committee will receive testimony on all past, current, and future mitigation efforts, health effects, and potential risks to the community as it relates to the fire on the Bovoni landfill, on St. Thomas.
