Title 14, chapter 37, of the Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding a new section 743 to read as follows: “§ 743. Falsifying driver’s licenses or identification cards (a) It is unlawful for any person to: (1) Make a driver’s license or identification card if the person has no legal authority or right to make the license or identification card; (2) Obtain or possess a driver’s license or identification card that has been made by a person who has no legal authority or right to make the license or identification card; (3) Use a false or fictitious name, or knowingly make a false statement, or knowingly conceal a material fact, or otherwise fraudulently complete any portion of any application for a driver’s license or identification card; or (4) …
