ACT NO, @ol2 BILL NO. 30-0366 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-15-12 FL and Lease issued to Tropical Shipping and Construction Company, Ltd. —0-—- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-15-12 FL to Tropical Shipping and Construction Company, Ltd., on April 22, 2013, and the Lease Between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Tropical Shipping, and the Governor approved the Permit on January 30, 2014: and WHEREAS, the Lease for the occupancy of filled land between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Tropical Shipping and Construction Company, Ltd. was executed on January 30, 2014; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-15-13 (FL) and the Lease Agreement authorize the continued use and occupancy of 15,162.77 square feet of filled submerged land, as a paved parking area for Tropical Shipping employees at Parcel No. 6 Estate Crown Bay Fill, St. …
