Dowel min. 6" and epoxy #4 rebar 6" both ways, re-cast with 3ksi concrete and paint to match existing (1" cover throughout) 400 SF Seal 8" wide galvanize gutter with silicone to prevent penetration of water into building. 51 LF Removal of plywood (9'-6"x2') from the east side of the building next to Commissioner's Office. SF Replace area (9'-6"x2') where the plywood was removed with elastomeric membrane (match existing treated plywood). EXTERIOR WALL 11 Use 100% silicone sealant alongside on the south facing wall where the concrete swale is located. Fill 1/4" gap. 83 L.F. 12 Pressure wash all external walls based on 2500 Ib of operating pressure. 8800 SF 13 Surface preparation (fill all cracks with epoxy compound) and paint building, 2 coats (prime/paint). 8800 SF 14 Remove/replace existing 28'-9" x 6'-0" glass frame in Conference Room with CMU (plaster both sides to match existing). Final glass frame at top to remain (includes electrical outlet installation). 255 S.F, 15 Place 4" x 9'-4" x 1'9" concrete cap on planters at 4 locations (Comm. Room, Conference Room, Deputy Comm.
