THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act granting a zoning use variance from the 8-2 (Business-Secondary! Neighborhood) zoning designation to Plots No. 50-1 and 50-4 Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands to allow for the manufacture of concrete products ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from the 8-2 (Business-Secondary! Neighborhood) zoning designation to Plot No. 50-1 and Plot No. 50-4 Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of a total of 1.988 U.S. acres as described on Drawings No. 6574-CO 17 and 6686-C020, to allow for the manufacture of concrete products. All other requirements of the B-2 (Business-Secondary! Neighborhood) continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 14, 2023.
