ACTNO. 8614 BILL NO. 34-0301 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act repealing section 2 of Act No. 8569 relating to the definition of agricultural processing plant and amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, subchapter I, section 225(b)(4) to exclude rum distillation from the definition of agricultural processing plant ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Act No. 8569 is repealed. SECTION 2. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, subchapter I, section 225, Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 30, 2022. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 9Miay of September, A.D., 2022. subsection (b), paragraph (4) is amended by adding “or rum distillation” at the end of the paragraph.
