GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE ) Docket No. 613 ) The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s ) Order No. 35/2013 Petition for an Annual Revenue Increase of ) $18M in Base Rates for the Water Department ) ) ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on March 26, 2013, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority: Docket Description Amount No. 613 WAPA Petition for Annual Revenue Increase $ 40,000.00 Of Base Rates for Water Department Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
