Re-using this document
Records of the United States Government - 17 USC 105, and this is the one source where that citation genuinely applies (it does NOT reach territorial material). NARA also states rights per record in useRestriction/accessRestriction and those are carried into the catalogue per document. 'Restricted - Possibly' and 'Undetermined' are NARA CATALOGUING PLACEHOLDERS meaning unadjudicated, not prohibitions - NARA serves those files publicly, and refusing them cost the Truman Library's ten-part Hastie interview on the first run.

AG St. ices, the Frogmen's tama encompasses paradropping, use of the Fulton pick-up method, stendard method pick-up, use of the submarine eir-lock and beach demolition work. The Fulton pick-up method utilizes small open-stern fibre-giass boats. The pick-up craft maneuvers between the two boats, snaring the line and reeling in the boats. When the boats are brought close to the pick-up craft, the Frogmen walk up the "magic carpet" and climb into the craft. The"magic carpet" is a mat attached to the stern of the pickeup craft which rides on the water's surface end provides a ramp on which the Frogmen walk. Under combat conditions, Frogmen operate in close proximity to or within enemy lines. Swim fins, rubber boats or small craft are the principle means of transportation in the combat zones. The swimmers are relatively unarmed, the sheath knife being the basic weapon. eee ewes =» &® esa 2 e@e@@weee « «e - » @ ~ 2 @ = @ enme es ©» = = ences shows a} UDT jumping from helicopter. b) Landing in the water. c) UDis leaving submerged submerine. é pela et es showing Frogmen performing eee re Planting Renny Mag ALATA e) anes carpet” pick-up. alsf re Mire | and distr 72 TE TO EDITORS: PLEASE CREDIT DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE IN TITLE OR COMMENTARY £) Fulton pick up. kak YP y orig ope eae papers aFdne, RE Ging AP AEE HR tho Vents tar olbnes v3 beat erRcetl 00% = seel pool memberss) Tt isiithen) e Petirmea within oy 72 nour fo the Pig Library at ee oR Ieentenagrgy 96h wwe ane tetaya £38974 Nero NAupOUTAive is also for release to the company designated above for distribution to pool members so desiring for duplication purposes.
