She stated that the last place she saw or spoke to Mr. Sorhaindo was around the Oswald Harris Court Housing Community, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. Mr. Sorhaindo is described as a 44-year-old black male, approximately 6 feet in height, slim built, light complexion, he has scarring on his face, with a low hair cut a mustache and a goatee.
