ACTNO, 805 BILL NO. 32-0064 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 34 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 16, adding subchapter II, providing for the establishment of a registry for persons 60 years and older with disabilities living alone Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 34 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 16 is amended by designating the current sections as subchapter I and by adding a subchapter II to read as follows: “Subchapter II. Elder, Dependent Adult, and Disabled Persons Disaster Registry § 521. (a) The Department of Human Services shall maintain a registry of persons 60 years and older who live alone and persons with disabilities who live alone. …
