ACT NO. 7528 BILL NO. 30-0141 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act to authorize the Department of Planning and Natural Resources to establish a Used Cooking Oil Collection Certification Program ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Department of Planning and Natural Resources is authorized to establish a Used Cooking Oil Collection Certification Program to train and certify individuals in becoming certified used cooking oil collectors from businesses and homes for recycling and reuse. SECTION 2. The Commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations governing the certification program. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 27, 2013.
