ACTNO, 6982 BILL NO. 27-0129 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 32 V.LC., chapter 11, section 202 relating to horse racing and temporary permits to conduct horse racing events, simulcasting and betting; amending Act No. 6969 relating to an appropriation for horse racing purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 32, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, section 202 is amended by inserting subsection (i) to read: “(i) The St. Croix Racing Commission and the St. Thomas-St. John Racing Commission shall prepare quarterly and annual Profit & Loss Statements on horse races pursuant to this chapter.
