Bolques. Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 19 Virgin Islands Code, part VI, chapter 53, subchapter IV, section 2 1481 is amended by striking “$30” and inserting “$60” and striking “$50” and inserting 3 “$100”. 4 BILL SUMMARY 5 This bill amends title 19 Virgin Islands Code, part VI, chapter 53, subchapter IV, section 6 1481 by increasing the penalties for violation of sanitation laws. 7 BR25-0037/March 25, 2025/PFA 8
